Describe
Tell us what your invention is and what makes it different. Plain language is fine.
We search
AI expands your description into patent vocabulary and searches 9.7 million US and WO patent families published since 2000.
We chart it
Each close reference is compared to each of your features. Every “disclosed” claim must include a verbatim quote that we verify against the patent text; quotes that fail the check are flagged.
Human patentability searches typically cost $500–$3,000 and filing a patent often costs $8,000–$20,000 (Ipiry). A $99 first look can tell you early whether something very close already exists. Publicly disclosing an invention before filing can also affect your patent rights in many countries, so keep your idea private until you've taken advice.

No. It is an automated informational search. It does not say whether your invention is patentable, valid, or free to use, and there is no attorney-client relationship.
No search can. We search US and WO patent publications since 2000 in English. Anything outside that, or described in very different words, may be missed. In our own tests, the closest known patent appeared in the final top 3 for 10 of 10 easy descriptions, but a harder test (patents cited by examiners) found only about 22% of the known prior art in the first 100 results.
A PDF with a plain-English summary, a feature-by-feature chart of the closest references, links to each patent, and verbatim quotes. The first page repeats the disclaimer.
For every feature marked as disclosed, the model must quote the patent text. We string-match each quote against the source; if it doesn't match, it is downgraded and flagged “unverified” in the report.
You get a full automatic refund if the report is not delivered within 24 hours or fails our quality checks. See Refund Policy.
We don't publish it, don't train on it, and delete it after 30 days. Descriptions are processed by an AI provider under its paid-tier terms.
If you plan to file, yes, a registered patent attorney or agent can give the opinion we can't. This report helps you decide whether it's worth the conversation.
